Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester United are all monitoring Barcelona defender Jules Koundé, with Bayern Munich also keeping a close eye on the situation ahead of the January transfer window.
According to an exclusive report from 4-4-2, the France international is assessing his future after losing his regular starting place under Hansi Flick. The 27-year-old has seen his opportunities limited by competition from Eric García at right-back, prompting speculation that he could seek a new challenge.
Koundé has long been admired by Chelsea dating back to his Sevilla days. Arsenal and Manchester United have also been informed he could be open to a move in January, while Liverpool are understood to have made contact with intermediaries. Bayern Munich view him as a versatile option capable of playing both right-back and centre-back under Vincent Kompany.
Barcelona, however, are in no rush to sell. Koundé is contracted until 2030 and the club would demand at least €60 million to consider letting him leave. No formal offers have been submitted, but behind-the-scenes discussions mean a January exit cannot be ruled out.
