Alisson shared a throwback memory on social media following claims over the goalkeeper’s future at Liverpool.

Since then, Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk have put pen to paper on new deals, though Trent Alexander-Arnold is set to leave Liverpool for Real Madrid at the end of the season.
Slot’s work with Jurgen Klopp’s squad makes his first season in England all the more impressive, as he lifted the Premier League title without breaking much of a sweat against Arsenal‘s challenge.
He simply captioned the story, “Memories”, after seven great seasons with the Reds.

While the new deals for Salah and Van Dijk have come as massive boosts for the new manager, that could just be the start of a lot of changes ahead of the summer transfer window.
Darwin Nunez, Luis Diaz, Diogo Jota, and Federico Chiesa are all expected to depart Liverpool once the transfer window opens, with reinforcements needed ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
Despite lifting the Premier League trophy in style, being knocked out of both the Champions League and FA Cup early has left supporters wanting a lot more, not to mention losing the Carabao Cup final.
Alisson leaving would certainly be a big blow too, but with Giorgi Mamardashvili finally joining after being loaned back to Valencia, the Brazilian could be replaced quite simply this summer.
Slot will want to adapt the squad to his liking before attempting to challenge across all competitions once again, and it should be far more successful once he properly implements his playing style.
