However, with Kylian Mbappe joining in the summer, Ancelotti intends to move Bellingham into a more conventional central midfield position.
Marca reports that Ancelotti believes Bellingham is capable of handling additional defensive responsibilities and envisions him as a versatile midfielder.
While Bellingham has showcased his ability to adapt to different roles, similar to Fede Valverde this season, this shift may lead to a decrease in his attacking contributions as Real Madrid typically operate with two midfielders behind the ball, possibly positioning him there more frequently next season.
