Arsenal defender Gabriel Magalhaes was left seriously frustrated with one of his teammates in yesterday’s win against Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Mikel Arteta’s side didn’t necessarily play to their full potential, but did eventually get the job done against a weakened Gary O’Neil side Wolves were missing a host of players including Arsenal linked Pedro Neto, which was perhaps fortuitous for the away team.
Arteta’s players showed a bit of the mental and physical fatigue you’d expect after such a tough seven days or so.
But thanks to a very opportunistic strike by Leandro Trossard, Arsenal then were able to take control and see out the game quite comfortably.
That being said, Arsenal couldn’t afford to drop their standards defensively in order to keep a sixth away clean sheet in a row.
