Mohamed Salah appears to be training alone at Liverpool’s training ground after he was left out of their Champions League squad.

Salah said he had been ‘thrown under the bus’ by the club in a bombshell interview after their 3-3 draw with Leeds on Saturday.
The 34-year-old was an unused substitute at Elland Road and has now started from the bench in the last three games.
He also said that his relationship with manager Arne Slot had broken down.
Liverpool subsequently decided to leave Salah at home for Tuesday night’s trip to Inter Milan.
Salah posted a picture on social media, with no comment, of him seemingly training alone in the gym at their Melwood training base.
A number of his past and present teammates have liked the picture, including Dominik Szoboszlai, Andy Robertson, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jordan Henderson.
It is unclear whether Salah will return to the squad to face Brighton at the weekend before he heads to the Africa Cup of Nations on Monday.
Meanwhile, the post caught Jamie Carragher’s attention as he responded on X.
The former Liverpool defender wrote: “I’m not sure I’ve wanted Liverpool to win a game more than tonight for a long time! Come you mighty Reds.”
It came after he had criticised Salah’s antics during Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football coverage the previous night.
Carragher was once again asked about the forward as he appeared as a pundit for CBS Sports Golazo’s Champions League show on Tuesday.
He explained: “I am really desperate for Liverpool to win today. For the manager, I’m the same as Mo Salah, I’ve got no relationship with the manager, I don’t know him that well.
“But what happened and how he spoke about the manager, I’m desperate for them to win tonight, just for him and also the supporters who’ve gone over there.
“They’re not Mo Salah fans, they’re not Jamie Carragher fans, they support Liverpool, whoever the manager is. Whoever you’re supporting, you support the club.
“I just want them all to win because there’s been a lot of focus, understandably so, in the last couple of days on Mo Salah’s comments.
“The manager’s got to answer questions in the press conference constantly. Alisson Becker, who showed great leadership I think last night as well in the press conference.
“He was getting asked about his mate, Mo Salah, obviously and his comments and he wants to defend him but also defend the club and the manager as well, so not an easy position for him.
So I’m desperate for them to get the result tonight and obviously I had my say on it last night and I don’t want to revisit that but I was a little bit frustrated when I saw that post today.”
When pressed on what was wrong with the post, he added: “He doesn’t mention Liverpool tonight playing in a game.
“Liverpool are playing a big game tonight that’s more important than anyone in the San Siro and they need to get a result because of the result they had last time when Mo Salah was playing against PSV.
“So he could have put a comment like ‘good luck to the lads tonight,’ he may not have meant it, I don’t know.
“Liverpool have got a huge game tonight and he puts out a social media post like that, which he hasn’t posted for the last six weeks, so I’m told. I don’t follow Mo Salah, for obvious reasons.”
Asked if Salah had removed him as a follower, Carragher replied: “Probably.”
He continued: “In the last six weeks, Liverpool have been going through one of the worst runs they’ve had since the 1950s, he hasn’t posted then and come out with support for the manager, the club or the team.
“Or given any sort of hope going forward for the supporters. He does it this morning about himself.
Has Salah played his last Liverpool game?
Slot insisted his authority had not been undermined by the Egypt international’s comments on Saturday.
Asked whether Salah – who started on the bench for the third successive game at Leeds – had played his last game, Slot said: “I have no clue. I cannot answer that question at this point in time.
“I am a firm believer that there is always a possibility to return for a player. I can leave it with that I think.”
Salah still has 19 months left on his contract believed to be worth in the region of £400,000-a-week.
That is not the way I feel, but he has the right to feel how he feels things. I haven’t felt that at all until Saturday evening, for sure,” said the head coach at a press conference in San Siro.
“When I don’t play someone usually players don’t like the manager that much but he was really respectful to the staff and manager, his teammates and he trained very hard, so it was a surprise to me when I heard the comments that he gave.
“It is not the first or last time a player who doesn’t play says something similar to what he did.
“But my reaction to that is clear and that’s why he is not here tonight.
