Just four days after the FA Cup clash, they’ll travel to face their arch-rivals. But then only a few days after the Merseyside Derby, Liverpool have another Premier League match.
They must face Wolves in the Premier League on February 16, which makes for a difficult schedule that will test the endurance levels of the squad to its absolute limit.
Arne Slot will probably need to be a bit smart with his squad rotation to ensure his players can go through that period without injuries and with the maximum points.
Liverpool’s tricky 10-day February fixture schedule:
Tottenham Hotspur (6 February)
Plymouth Argyle (8/9 February)
Everton (12 February)
Wolves (16 February)
Liverpool have confirmed the rescheduled date for the Merseyside derby against Everton, which was postponed due to Storm Darragh in early December.
The match, originally set for Saturday, December 7, 2024, will now take place on Wednesday, February 12, with a 7:30 PM GMT kick-off.
