Manchester United have reportedly identified three potential replacements for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, including versatile Barcelona defender Jules Kounde.
The right-back position could become an area of the pitch that Ineos look to address in the summer.
We’ve seen Diogo Dalot grow into the role but the Portugal international will need competition if Wan-Bissaka is sold at the end of the season.
In recent matches, Wan-Bissaka has played at left-back due to an ongoing injury crisis across United’s defence.
His contract is set to expire in 2025 after the club decided to trigger a one-year extension clause.Stretty News was told back in January that a move back to London was most likely for the former Crystal Palace right-back.
A recent report from Italy suggested that Inter Milan are admirers of Wan-Bissaka and would be open to signing the 26-year-old in a swap deal involving Denzel Dumfries.
United have also been linked with Bayer Leverkusen right wing-back Jeremie Frimpong.

Now an update from journalist Rudi Galetti suggests that United have added Barcelona’s Jules Kounde to their shortlist of right-back options.
Kounde, 25, can also play at centre-back as seen in this week’s Champions League defeat to Paris Saint-Germain. He has helped Xavi’s side keep 16 clean sheets this season.
