However, the Egyptian forward is growing frustrated with how the club has handled the talks.
He has yet to learn Liverpool’s position on the terms of any potential agreement.Contrary to claims from the French press, Salah is not in talks with PSG or any other club, as he is not permitted to do so before January 1.
After that, though, he’ll be entitled to sign a pre-contract, with top clubs interested in signing him for free.
Liverpool have maintained that talks with Salah’s representatives have been positive.
However, the 32-year-old has debated it publicly on several occasions in the last few weeks.
Staying at Liverpool remains Salah’s priority, and he is not pushing to leave the club. However, he would like his next deal to reflect his status as one of the best in the world.
