Real Madrid are said to be eyeing a player from the Premier League following the completion of the Kylian Mbappe deal.
Earlier this month, it was confirmed that Kylian Mbappe, a Frenchman, had transferred to Real Madrid from Paris Saint-Germain, as stated in a club announcement.
The agreement entails Mbappe playing for Real Madrid for the next five seasons.
With Mbappe’s signing and the expected arrival of Brazilian talent Endrick, there’s speculation that Carlo Ancelotti will have an exceptionally strong team at his disposal.
Alongside established stars like Vinicius Junior, Jude Bellingham, Federico Valverde, Eduardo Camavinga, and Rodrygo, these new additions will further strengthen the squad.
Recent reports suggest that Real Madrid is eyeing another significant signing. According to ESPN Argentina, they’re interested in Tottenham Hotspur’s Cristian Romero.
Romero himself addressed his future while away with Argentina for the Copa America, stating that he’s currently focused on preparing for the national team and not thinking about a transfer.
Romero further elaborated, stating, “I do consider any opportunities that arise, but my focus is on the national team at the moment. With the Copa America ahead, my priority is to strive for success with the national team, and then I’ll evaluate other possibilities.
Regarding his current club, Tottenham Hotspur, and their manager, Ange Postecoglou, Romero expressed contentment, saying, “I’m pleased with the present situation, despite the team’s collective achievements not meeting expectations. Considering it’s the coach’s inaugural year, there have been positives across the board.
We must maintain our ambition for improvement. Personally, I’m delighted with the successful season I’ve had.”
