Fabrizio Romano has stated that Chelsea have just agreed personal terms with potentially their first signing of the summer.
The Blues are expected to be very busy this summer when it comes to bringing new players in ahead of next season.
It has been previously claimed a striker is high up on their shortlist, and they have a number of names they are considering bringing in.However, it can’t be ruled out that the Blues are going to continue spending money on some of the top young talents before they get snatched up by fellow elite sides.
One of those mentioned recently has been Estevao, who has been portrayed as one of the next big stars of the game.

While Romano took to Twitter to state the original offer will be lower than that, he does also mention that the Blues have agreed personal terms with the 17-year-old.
