According to one reporter, Alexis Mac Allister is on a shortlist of potential transfer targets for Manchester City in the final three weeks of the window.
Enzo Maresca’s side aren’t the first Premier League club to be linked with a move for the Liverpool midfielder this summer, either – there were fleeting rumours last month that his former side Chelsea had been attentive to the Argentine’s situation at Anfield.Murmurings over a potential switch to Real Madrid have continued to do the rounds as well, and the speculation over the 27-year-old isn’t subsiding amid his return to the AXA Training Centre this week, having come back from his post-World Cup holiday.
