Liverpool’s transfer reality for summer window Arne Slot has made clear that Liverpool will likely need to sell players this summer to fund incoming transfers as the club continues its transition.
“Last year we made quite a lot of signings and that’s why we traded that much. In four windows had net spend of £150m.

At this moment of time there’s not a chance of a lot of players leaving.” Slot noted Ibrahima Konate’s contract situation remains a key talking point, adding that limited incomings could mean less need for heavy squad training.
