Liverpool appears to be planning for the future in midfield, with Monaco star Lamine Camara reportedly emerging as a potential replacement for Alexis Mac Allister.
According to a report from talkSPORT, Liverpool have already made contact with Camara’s representatives over a possible move in summer 2027. The Senegal international is reportedly being considered as part of the club’s longer-term plans should Mac Allister eventually leave Anfield.
The Reds did not make another central midfielder a priority during this summer’s transfer window, but that does not necessarily mean the position is being overlooked. Instead, Liverpool appear to be assessing potential options well in advance.
